Hello. I'm Pikefish. That's not my real name, but it will have to do. It's not that I'm a super secret guy, it's just that if you know who I am, my task of coming into your restaurant and evaluating your cuisine will be impossible.

Let me see if I can tell you a little about me without giving too much away. I've been around the world. I've tasted food prepared in five star skyscraper restaurants and from the rusted woks of back alley kiosks. I'm not allergic to any food and not very finicky. There's hardly anything I won't at least try. I'm a Sierra Vista resident and plan on staying here a long time. I happen to think that we have some excellent restaurants in town. I also happen to think we have some that need work. Because I like food and Sierra Vista, my goal is to remind those that are excellent why they are excellent and to entice those needing work to achieve excellence. We want a high degree of quality in both food and service. We all like to eat well. Wouldn't it be amazing if all our restaurants were excellent? Well, I'm certainly going to try.
